After the long flight, I arrived at LAX. Unforetunately, all of Thai Scholars including me had to wait for the next transition flight to Philadelphia. It took nearly 8 hours! Then, Ben & I decided to go into the downtown. There were 2 additional fellowships (of the trip ^ ^) which were Yiam, and Pinn (just known them when arrived LAX). After asking many people in the airport about the bus number, we caught "FlyAway" bus to downtown eventually.
Badly, it was late that night, about 11.00 PM, when we arrived the downtown. Everything was closed such as Disney Land, Holly Wood. Our last destination was China Town, but the driver told us after we arrived the Union Station that China Town should be closed now. :(
We were very hungry. Denny's restaurant near the Union Station became the best place for us at that time. We ordered a breakfast dish for each person. it was very big meal and we couldn't eat them all. So, we packed some pancakes back to the airport.
The plane came at 8.30 AM. We got into a new plane, it's U.S. Airways. The new airline was totally different from Thai Airline. It was not such that good. No meal, one bottle of water, and bad air-conditioner. I felt I felt like I want to have a vomit, my ears were blocked, and hurt. Fortunately, I safely arrived Philly at about 1.00 PM. Anne Owen who was our teacher from the University of Delaware was waiting for picking us up. Our luggages were too many than the space in the bus (everyone should surely packed a lot of stuffs). Finally, we went to our new home, even for 2 months, the University of Delaware.
